They were awesome when i had to get a letter for a peace officer about my scooter that is electric. They were able to come and look at it and say it is an electric scooter and not a moped. The staff is wonderful and very nice. I would recommend them all the time.

Took vehicle in to have a broken leaf spring repaired. Since it was already having that work done I thought I'd also get the spark plugs changed. Was getting about 1000 km to a tank or 12 L/100km approx. The oil was supposed to be changed as well. The day we got the vehicle back it stalled out in an intersection(it's an automatic) and was misfiring. The gas mileage had climbed to 22 l/100km. Oil change light was still on.Brought the vehicle back, and was told it was a faulty spark plug. They supposedly replaced the spark plug. Oil change light still on as well. After the faulty spark plug was fixed the gas mileage has since climbed to 16l-17l/100km or approximately 850 to 900 l on a tank.Brought the truck back saying something must still be going on with the spark plugs. And they charged us for testing a fuel pump that didn't need to be tested. Nothing was done with the spark plugs or the oil change light. Was charged for looking at a fuel pump.So I expressed my concern that the issue with the spark plugs still hadn't been fully addressed and Dan LaPierre(owner) told me that I should spend more money to *have someone else look at it and that I was to take it back to him*. He is extremely condescending. Prior to whatever they did to this truck it was getting 12l/100km and now it's up 16-17 l/100km. And he told me "I should be grateful that "old truck" even gets 19l/100km." And I told him he came recommended from a family member and that I'm really disappointed that my concerns are being ignored. And I told him this isn't good for word of mouth business to treat this situation like he is. He told me "I should be careful". Really thrilling to pay someone to threaten you.... . His son(Aaron LaPierre) tried to salvage his father's lack of customer service skills by offering to put OEM plugs in it(by the way I didn't ask for "performance" parts in a daily driver to begin with). He didn't offer to do it free of charge so the vehicle was brought home. There's truly nothing like getting an old school dose of women don't know jack about vehicles plus getting threatened. I can't give this establishment zero stars but I wish I could.
