I came in for some hydraulic oil and the salesman rang up synthetic (twice the price) and sent it to the debit machine without asking. He seemed surprised and a bit offended that I knew the difference when I asked him for the regular stuff (I'm a young, small woman). He grabbed my pails, left them at the end of the dock and walked away without offering to help me load them. This was some of the poorest customer service I've ever had, not to mention terrible manners. I won't ever bother them with my pesky purchases again.
