Really grateful to the Ramada for allowing me to work in their business conference centre. I was traveling through town and couldn't find reliable wifi for a business meeting. They were generous enough to allow me to use the business room even though I wasn't a guest. Great customer service. I'll stay here the next time I'm in town!
The staff are nice at this location and the hotel is under renovations but once done it should look good
location is good for westlock, nothing is far away. beds seemed stiff, but that suited me just fine. currently under renovations, but it seems managed well, no traffic issues. staff were friendly
Considering they were under construction they were still very clean and efficient. It honestly didn't even feel like there was major construction
Friendly staff and large rooms. Reasonable cost for what you get as well. Cleaning staff was very friendly and rooms were cleaned well. Would recommend.
